​Dennis’ aim is to liberate individuals and organizations from fear and anxiety. Bringing in fresh energy and humor, he creates a safe space for everyone to experiment and learn. With over 30 years of experience in large corporations and startups, he has lived innovation and transformation hands-on in roles varying from program manager and product owner to COO and leadership coach. As an expert on self-organization and empirical ways of working, he frequently speaks at conferences and events worldwide.​

Hajati Wieferink
– Chief Mage


​​Hajati’s strength is to shift paradigms in teams and organizations. She is an energetic force for change, a secure base for everyone in the room, magical in her approach, and fun to work with. With over 25 years of experience in organizational change, and a keen interest in personal drives and authenticity, she has developed a sixth sense to sniff and call out limiting beliefs and biases. As an organizational coach, she has guided many leadership teams. She often talks on stage about mindfulness, purpose, and leadership. ​
