Signature Trek

​This foundational trek focuses on your effectiveness as a force for good. We uncover your purpose, drives, limiting beliefs, and ambition. By the end of this program, you will have gotten to know your dragons and created a personal plan to expand your influence. This program is a prerequisite for any of the Follow-up Adventurous Programs.

Duration: 2-3 days 
Preparation required: approx. 4 hours of reading materials,
On location: 2 days,  
Application: a 2-week post-training exercise,

Follow-up Adventurous Programs

When you have completed our Signature Trek and would like to dig deeper, our Follow-up Adventurous Programs are the best course of action. We offer separate journeys for:

1. (Informal) leaders who want to become a force for good themselves. The focus is on the personal growth of the leader in terms of making more leadership impact and spread the goodness in the direct organizational context and on becoming an effective leader who can engage and influence others, even when not in a formal management role.
2. Team leaders who want to help their team to become a force for good. Regardless of whether the team operates at operational, tactical, or strategic level, the focus is on the leader's ability to grow the team's performance in terms of spreading the goodness while delivering value to all stakeholders.
3. Upper mid-level and senior leaders who want to help their organization to become a force for good. Regardless of the size of the organization or the industry it’s in, the focus is on the leader's ability to grow the organization's performance in terms of spreading the goodness while delivering value to all stakeholders.
4. Senior policy makers, senior leaders and captains of industry who want to help their nation, industry, and supply chain to become a force for good. Regardless of the size of the industry, supply chain or nation, the focus is on growing its ability to spread the goodness across the globe and cultures while delivering value to all stakeholders.
